Our Resilience, Our Community

Matt’s BBQ is a London-based Community Interest Company (CIC) proudly birthed from the resilience of the 

British-Caribbean diaspora. 


For over 20 years, we have been more than just a festival, we are a platform for potential and community cohesion. We believe in the transformative power of heritage and the arts to bridge gaps and build futures.

Our Impact to date

Our Social impact is something we are extremely proud of. We have been contributing to Black British culture and the arts for 20 years. Improving the lives of those who are connected to black british music culture especially young people and those from underrepresented groups in society. We utilise the festival of MattsBBQ as a way to enable our community interest initiatives.
